The team

Antonio Scuderi

President of Capitale Cultura International, founder and CEO of the Capitale Cultura Group and ARtGlass, entrepreneur, manager and professional journalist. He worked in Italy with Gruppo Sole 24 Ore, first as Managing Director of 24 Ore Cultura (exhibition production, prestigious publishing) and Alinari 24 Ore (photo archives enhancement) and then as Director of Synergies and International Markets. Previously, he worked for 10 years in the multinational De Agostini Editore, as Content Manager and Editorial Coordination. He has been the director and coordinator of important websites and newspapers in Italy (Sapere.it, Repubblica.it, Il Nuovo.it, Mediasetonline.com, La Notte, Sei Milano TV). He graduated in Political Science, attended the Carlo De Martino journalism school in Milan and holds an Executive International MBA. He speaks and works fluently in Italian, English and French and converses in Spanish.

Marco Costantini

Director of Capital Culture International. His professional career began in 1989 in the commercial sphere and developed within a large Swiss company, initially dealing with sales, product management and key account management, and then moving on to national sales management. Since 2000 he has been involved in the conception, development and management of the direct marketing service of “La Posta Svizzera” for Ticino and Northern Italy. A period of basic professional training, was reinforced by a course in marketing techniques, followed by an executive master in business administration. Marco is the ubiquitous founder and partner of Costantini & Partners, a consulting company, and is responsible for the company’s strategy, training and consulting activities. He speaks and works fluently in Italian, English, French and German.

Monica Torinese

Art Director. A professional graphic designer with twenty years of experience in various fields of creativity and communication (publishing, advertising, branding, point of sale communication, packaging, event visual management, multimedia, digital imaging for multimedia and augmented reality). During her professional career she has worked on the development and articulation of international brands of primary importance. Recently, she curated and edited the images for the first installation (in the Pinacoteca di San Gimignano) of ART Glass, the group company that is pioneering the application of augmented reality solutions for Cultural Heritage sites. He speaks and works in Italian and English.

Antonella Suriano

Office management e marketing

Responsible for the administrative and communication management of the Lugano office. She began her professional career in sales, to then specialize in communications, obtaining the federal certificate of Marketing Specialist. In her thirty years of experience she has worked in the medical, pharmaceutical and media sectors. She speaks and works fluently in Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.

Leda Geraci

Graduated in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology and specialized in Museology, museography and management of cultural heritage, before dealing with the reception service and educational activities at the Museum of Cultures in Lugano, she worked in several museums and tourist facilities: Civic Museums in Milan, Cervantes Institute in Rome, Magma Gallery in Bologna where she curated an exhibition of contemporary art, CTS Viaggi SRL and TUI Travel in Palermo. She speaks fluently in Italian (mother tongue) and English (C1) and understands Spanish.

Silvia Frigerio

Graduated in Graphic Design in 2016 at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI), since 2018 she has been working at the Museum of Cultures in Lugano as a front-office receptionist and museum animator. She deals with small graphic projects related to exhibition activities and guided tours for groups and Italian-speaking schools. She speaks fluently in Italian (mother tongue) and English (B2), has a good knowledge of German and understands French.
