Coordination and implementation of the marketing, communication and fundraising plan for the Museum of Cultures of Lugano, one of the most prestigious ethnographic museums in Europe, with over 63 exhibitions produced in 8 years. Support for transformation into a public utility foundation and setting up of partnerships with market operators. From 2017, management of the Museum’s public services in the new areas of Villa Malpensata and the Swiss Customs Museum in Gandria. Development of projects to enhance private collections in collaboration with the Museum.
